I’m Ana Karina Pano — builder, advocate, and co-founder of Panos Concrete Inc., based in Fresno, California.
This space, Panos 848, is about concrete, people, purpose, and balance in the trades.
After years working between social work and construction, I’ve seen how craftsmanship and community go hand in hand. My goal is to explore how we build — not only in what we create, but in how we take care of ourselves and each other.
Here you’ll find reflections on construction, culture, leadership, and wellbeing, as I continue learning what it means to build with both strength and heart.
At Panos 848, my hope is to contribute to spaces that honor the land, the people who make them and the communities they serve. This page is a reflection of that journey — of craft, care, and the pursuit of wellbeing through concrete.
